The first is the number of stars shown in the upper right corner. The second is the number of buttons on the bottom middle of the picture. The 3 button version does not have the white part of the button and is more of 3 1/2 buttons versus 4 buttons. The last is whether the man on the left has his vest touching the border or not. We're showing these three sections zoomed in for easier identification.
